A camera strapped to a climber's head. No safety equipment. Istanbul's tallest buildings. When locals call the police instead of watching in wonder, what happens to the person left alone at the top? This audiovisual performance, accompanied by live electronic music, searches for the visual and sonic expressions of people who have not been allowed to pursue their own dreams—and their desire to stop someone who dares to.
Istanbul Experimental Weekend is organized by the Lumbardhi Foundation in collaboration with DokuFest, and Kino Armata. The event is supported by the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) program 'EJA Kosovo', co-financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and Sweden, and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
